Mise en scene movie recreation analysis

Amelie report 

 

CLAMPS: 

Costume: For the costume for the Amélie scène Comptine d'un Autre été: L'Après-Midi.

It will be a red buttoned up shirt and some black trousers with some dots and then the same red shirt with a black skirt or red dress if I can source one.

Lighting: There will be a lot of natural lighting when outside with the sack of grains. 

And more low key lighting when it comes to the frame of Amelie holding the spoon up to her face before breaking the creme brulee. During the scene where I will film a waterfall and skipping stones the lighting will mainly depend on the weather that day but I will edit it to make it look as close to the original as possible.

Actor: Sami Masters

Make-up and hair: I brought a short black bob as a wig for the role.

Props:There will be a brown hay bag 

 Grains to fill the bag

 A teaspoon 

A Creme brulee

Stones to skip (black ones preferably but any will do) 

Setting: The settings will vary as the scene transitions from place to place quickly. First will be on the street. One will be in a house for the close-up frame with some white curtains in the background and for the frame where the creme brulee gets cracked with a tea spoon.
